- Please complete your form for Passport & Visa services before scheduling an appointment. [Click here to apply for Passport / Visa.] Kindly use the Application Reference Number from your submitted application to book the appointment slot.
- For other Consular services [including attestation of documents/ domestic helper contract, Police Clearance Certificate, OCI, power of attorney, etc.]: You may schedule your appointment directly.
- You are requested to carry all necessary documents along with a hard copy of the completed application form.
- The Consulate will notify you personally when your documents are ready for pick up. No prior appointment is required.
